Beschreibung: ABIN-3beta is alternatively spliced isoform of ABIN-3. ABIN-3beta splice variant encodes a 197-aa protein that is identicalto mouse ABIN-3 from residues 1 to 140 but has a unique 57-aa C terminus and 3&rsquo, untranslated region. CloneT1C1H10 is specific for ABIN-3beta and does not react with ABIN-3.

Applikationshinweise: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. Westernblotting, suggested working dilution(s): Use 5 ug antibody per 5 ml antibodydilution buffer for each mini-gel. It is recommended that the reagent betitrated for optimal performance for each application.

Reinigung: The antibody was purified by protein G affinity chromatography
