Beschreibung: 14-3-3 epsilon is a 29 kD protein that belongs to the family of 14-3-3 proteins. This family of proteins mediates signaltransduction and cell cycle progression by binding to phosphoserine and phosphothreonine motifs on a large numberof target molecules. 14-3-3 proteins activate tyrosine and tryptophan hydroxylases and protein kinase C. There areeight known isoforms of 14-3-3: alpha, beta, gamma, delta, epsilon, zeta, eta, and theta. The Poly6376 antibody hasbeen shown to be useful for western blotting of human 14-3-3 epsilon protein.

Applikationshinweise: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. Western blotting, suggested working dilution(s):Use 10 ul per 5 ml antibody dilution buffer for each mini-gel. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimalperformance for each application.
