Beschreibung
|
CD197 is also known as C-C chemokine receptor 7 (CCR7) or EBI-1. CCR7 is a G-coupled rhodopsin-like member ofthe GPCR superfamily with a predicted molecular weight of 43 kD that is expressed on hematopoietic stem cells,most naive T cells, some memory T cells, B subset, and mature dendritic cells. CCR7 is a receptor for thechemokines CCL19 (MIP3 beta) and SLC (6CKine, Exodus-2, TCA-4, CCL21) that plays a role in thymocytesdevelopment, T cell adhesion at intestinal sites, the homeostatic recirculation of memory T cells and chemotaxis.

Applikationshinweise
|
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is approx. 2.0 ug per 106cells in 100 ul staining volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. * PerCP/Cy5.5 has a maximum absorption of 482 nm and 564 nm and a maximum emission of 690 nm. Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: Immunoprecipitation. For most successfulimmunofluorescent staining results, it may be important to maximize signal over background by using a relativelybright fluorochrome-conjugated second step (PE anti-rat IgG, Cat. No. 405406) or three-layer staining technique (e.g.,including a biotinylated antibody (Cat. No. 120104) or biotinylated anti-rat IgG second step (Cat. No. 405402),followed by SAv-PE, Cat. No. 405203/405204). The 4B12 antibody does not inhibit binding of ligand to receptor.

The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withPerCP/Cy5.5 under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugatedPerCP/Cy5.5 and unconjugated antibody.
