Beschreibung: Perforin is a 70 kD cytolytic protein that is expressed in the cytoplasmic granules of cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs)and natural killer (NK) cells. Perforin is one of the major effector molecules used by cytotoxic T cells and NK cells tomediate targeted cell lysis. The dG9 antibody recognizes human and bovine perforin and has been shown to beuseful for flow cytometry, immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence staining.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 ul per million cells or 5 ul per 100 ul of wholeblood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. * PerCP/Cy5.5 has a maximum absorption of 482 nm and 564 nm and a maximun emission of 690 nm. Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: immunoprecipitation, intracellular flow cytometricanalysis and immunofluorescence microscopy5,7, and immunohistochemical staining1,4 of acetone-fixed frozen tissuesections and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections.

Reinigung: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with PerCP/Cy5.5 under optimal conditions.The solution is free of unconjugated PerCP/Cy5.5 and unconjugated antibody.

Buffer: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and 0.2% (w/v) BSA (origin USA).

Lagerung: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do notfreeze.
