Beschreibung
|
The MHM-88 antibody reacts with both soluble and membrane human immunoglobulin M (IgM). It does not react withother Ig isotypes. IgM is the first immunoglobulin made by B cells in the immune response. Surface IgM is expressedon immature and mature B cells, while IgM heavy (u) chain is expressed intracellularly in pre-B cells. The MHM-88antibody can be used as primary or secondary reagent for immunofluorescent staining or ELISA analysis.

Applikationshinweise
|
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is 5 ul per 106 cells in 100 ul. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for eachapplication. * PerCP/Cy5.5 has a maximum absorption of 482 nm and 564 nm and amaximum emission of 690 nm.

The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withPerCP/Cy5.5 under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugatedPerCP/Cy5.5 and unconjugated antibody.
