Beschreibung: JAML is a type I integral transmembrane protein with 2 extracellular IgSF domains characteristic of many proteinsimplicated in cell to cell interactions. JAML is primarily express on granulocytes and reported to be involved inneutrophil migration across tight junctions by its adhesive interaction with epithelial Coxsackie and adenovirusreceptor (CAR).

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.25 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for eachapplication.

Reinigung: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withPE under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated PE andunconjugated antibody.

Buffer: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.

Lagerung: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
