Beschreibung
|
Mouse CD79b (Ig betachain) is a 35-40kDa transmembrane protein that forms aheterodimer with CD79a (30-35 kDa, Ig alpha chain). The CD79b and CD79ahererodimers are associated with surface IgM to form the B-cell receptor(BCR) that is necessary for signal transduction via the BCR in mature B cells. CD79b participates signal transduction involved in the development of Bcells as well. It was reported that association between CD79b/CD79a withIgM is essential in inducing both the transition from progenitor to precursor Bcells and subsequent allelic exclusion. Ig beta knockout mice had a completeblock in B cell development at the immature CD43+B220+ stage. TheHM79b-12 react with an extracellular epitope of CD79b or Ig beta.

Applikationshinweise
|
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 1.0 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume or100 ul of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated foroptimal performance for each application.
