Beschreibung

CCR6 is a G-protein liked chemokine receptor which binds the chemokine CCL20/MIP-3a. It is expressed on Blymphocytes and certain subsets of dendritic cells and T cells. CCR6 in reported to be involved in mucosal immuneresponse and lymphocyte migration and homeostasis.

|
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 1.0 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for eachapplication.

The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withPE under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated PE andunconjugated antibody.
