Beschreibung: This antibody was raised by immunization with BALB/c mouse splenocytes. It specifically reacts with mouse IgD of Igh-Ca haplotype, but does not react with b and c haplotypes. This antibody is able to induce B cell activation andproliferation.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.25 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for eachapplication.

Reinigung: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withPacific Blue? under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugatedPacific Blue?.

Buffer: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.

Lagerung: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
