Beschreibung: IL-1 refers to two proteins, IL-1alpha and IL-1beta which are the products of distinct genes, but which are recognized by thesame cell surface receptors. IL-1beta is a potent immuno-modulator which mediates a wide range of immune andinflammatory responses including the activation of B and T cells.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA assay. For ELISA capture applications, a concentrationrange of 2-6 ug/ml is recommended. To obtain a linear standard curve, serial dilutions of IL-1beta recombinant proteinranging from 250 to 2 pg/ml are recommended for each ELISA plate. It is recommended that the reagent be titratedfor optimal performance for each application.

Reinigung: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.

Buffer: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing no preservative. 0.2 um filter sterilized. Endotoxin level is < 0.1 EU/ug of the protein (< 0.01 ng/ug of the protein) as determined by the LAL test.

Lagerung: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C.
