Beschreibung: Mouse CD155, also known as homolog of polivirus receptor, is the founding member of a subfamily ofimmunoglobulin-like adhesion receptors (nectins). Mouse CD155 is expressed on a wide variety of cells ofhematopoietic origin apart from its existence on the epithelial cells. The engagement of CD155 with CD226 and CD96induces cytotoxicity of NK cells and CTL.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.25 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Reinigung: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography.

Buffer: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing no preservative. 0.2 um filter sterilized. Endotoxin level is < 0.1 EU/ug of the protein (< 0.01 ng/ug of the protein) as determined by the LAL test.

Lagerung: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C.
