Beschreibung: The OX-82 reacts with a 35 kd molecules expressed on myeloid cells and stromal elements from a variety of tissuesin the adult rat. This antibody is useful in isolating pluripotent stem cells from rat bone marrow and fetal liver whenused in combination with other antibodies.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.25 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for eachapplication.

Reinigung: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withFITC under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated FITC.

Buffer: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and0.5% BSA (origin USA).

Lagerung: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
