Beschreibung: This antibody was raised by immunization with IgMa mAb TC31. It specificallyreacts with mouse IgM of Igh-Ca and the related haplotypes (c, f, g, h, and j).It has been reported that beads coated with MA-69 antibody can stimulate Bcell proliferation.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.5 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for eachapplication. Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: ELISA ascapture antibody or detection antibody, stimulation of B cell proliferation, andimmunohistochemistry of acetone-fixed frozen sections.

Reinigung: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withFITC under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated FITC.

Buffer: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.

Lagerung: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
