Beschreibung This polyclonal antibody reacts with the heavy chains of IgG and the light chains common to most immunoglobulinsfrom Armenian hamster. No cross-reactivity has been detected against non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. Thisantibody has been solid-phase absorbed to ensure minimal cross-reaction with mouse, rat, human, bovine, and rabbitimmunoglobulins, but may cross-react with Armenian hamster IgM and Syrian hamster immunoglobulins.

Applikationshinweise Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.5 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. This DyLight594 conjugated goat anti-hamster IgG antibody is useful for immunofluorescent staining with flowcytometric analysis.
Reinigung The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with DyLight594 under optimal conditions. Thesolution is free of unconjugated DyLight594.
Buffer Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and 0.2% (w/v) BSA (origin USA).
Lagerung The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do notfreeze.
