Beschreibung: The TR310 antibody reacts with the mouse T cell receptor Vbeta7 segment . T cells expressing the alpha/beta T cell receptoruse clonally distributed TCRs to recognize cell-bound antigens such as peptide/MHC complexes and viralsuperantigens. The alpha/beta TCR is an oligomeric TCR complex composed of covalently bound alpha and beta chains involved inantigen recognition and the non-covalently associated monomorphic proteins CD3delta, gamma, epsilon, and zeta chains. The TR310antibody reacts with one such clonally distributed TCR beta chain known as Vbeta7. Vbeta7 is expressed on a smallsubpopulation of both CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. The TR310 antibody has been used for the identification of Vbeta7expressing T cells by flow cytometry and immunoprecipitation.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 0.1 ug to 0.25 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume.It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis.Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include immunoprecipitation2.

Reinigung: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with biotin under optimal conditions. Thesolution is free of unconjugated biotin.

Buffer: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.

Lagerung: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C. Do not freeze.
