Beschreibung
|
Ku80 is an 80 kD nuclear ATP-dependent DNA helicase. Ku80 is involved in dsDNA break repair, VDJrecombination, and chromosome translocation. This protein binds fork-like ends of dsDNA in cell-cycle dependentmanner. Ku80 can be modified by phosphorylation and has been shown to interact with Ku70 and DNA-PKcs. TheF3 monoclonal antibody recognizes human Ku80 and has been shown to be useful for Western blotting andimmunofluorescence staining.

Applikationshinweise
|
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by Western blotting. Western blotting, suggested working dilution(s):Use 5 ug antibody per 5 ml antibody dilution buffer for each mini-gel. For immunofluorescence microscopy: Use adilution range of 1-4 ug/ml. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for eachapplication.
