Beschreibung
|
The DO-11.10 TCR is specific for chicken ovalbumin (aa 323-339) in combination with I-Ad MHC class II complex. KJ1-26 was reported to block the antigen response of the DO-11.10 T cell hybridomas in vitro.

Applikationshinweise
|
For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is approx. 1.0 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Reinigung
|
The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with biotin under optimal conditions. Thesolution is free of unconjugated biotin.
