Beschreibung: CD45RC is a 200-220 kD single chain type I membrane glycoprotein. It is an exon 5 splice variant (exon C) of thetyrosine phosphatase CD45. The CD45RC isoform is expressed on B cells, majority of CD8+ T cells and a subset ofCD4+ T cells, but not on myeloid cells. CD45 and its isoforms non-covalently associate with lymphocytephosphatase-associated phosphoprotein (LPAP) on T and B lymphocytes. CD45 has been reported to be associatedwith several other cell surface antigens, including CD1, CD2, CD3, and CD4. CD45 is involved in signalinglymphocytes activation.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.25 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for eachapplication. Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: immunohistochemical staining of acetone-fixedfrozen sections2, 3 and formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections.

Reinigung: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withbiotin under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated biotin.

Buffer: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.

Lagerung: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C. Do not freeze.
