Beschreibung
The Vgamma9 TCR is a variant of the TCR gamma chain expressed on a subset of gamma/delta T cells. Vgamma9Vdelta2 T lymphocytes, a major gamma/deltaT cell subset in humans, recognize phosphoantigens, certain tumor cells, and cells treated withaminobisphosphonates. This cell population displays cytolytic activity against various tumor cells. The gamma/delta TCR is aheterodimeric TCR complex composed of covalently bound gamma and delta chains involved in antigen recognition and thenon-covalently associated monomorphic proteins CD3delta, gamma, epsilon, and zeta chains.

Applikationshinweise
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.5 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume or100 ul of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated foroptimal performance for each application. It is recommended that the reagentbe titrated for optimal performance for each application.
