The 57D2 antibody reacts with an antigen that is selectively expressed on human neural progenitor cells (NPCs).Neural progenitor cells are a population of cells with self-renewal and multipotency for differentiation into astrocytes,neurons, and oligodendrocytes. The NPCs have large therapeutic value for the diseases of nervous system.

Applikationshinweise
|
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 2.0 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume or100 ul of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated foroptimal performance for each application.
