Beschreibung
IL-1 refers to two proteins, IL-1alpha and IL-1beta which are the products of distinct genes, but which are recognized by thesame cell surface receptors. IL-1beta is a potent immuno-modulator which mediates a wide range of immune andinflammatory responses including the activation of B and T cells.

Applikationshinweise
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA assay. For use as an ELISA detection antibody, aconcentration range of 1-4 ug/ml is recommended. To obtain a linear standard curve, serial dilutions of human IL-1betaprotein ranging from 250 to 2 pg/ml are recommended for each ELISA plate. For use as an ELISPOT detectionantibody, a concentration range of 2-8 ug/ml is recommended. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated foroptimal performance for each application.
