Beschreibung: The DcR3 protein is a soluble member of the TNF receptor superfamily containing four TNF receptor domains with anapproximate molecular weight of 35 kD. DcR3, also known as Decoy receptor 3, TR6, M68, can be secreted bymonocytes and myeloid-derived dendritic cells following exposure to bacterial antigens. DcR3 is overexpressed intumors including lung and colon cancers, gliomas, and pancreatic cancers and can be detected in the serum ofcancer patients. DcR3 can also be found in the cytoplasm and endoplasmic reticulum in some cell types. This proteincompetes for ligand binding with cell surface receptor and can inhibit their signaling. Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: Western blotting1, immunoprecipitation2,immunohistochemistry2, and ELISA detection2. The biotinylated B08-35 antibody is useful as a detection antibody fora sandwich ELISA assay, when used in conjunction with the purified B08-9103 antibody (Cat. No. 333301/333302) ascapture antibody.

Reinigung: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with biotin under optimal conditions. Thesolution is free of unconjugated biotin.

Buffer: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.

Lagerung: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C.Do not freeze.
