Applikationshinweise
|
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 1.0 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume or100 ul whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimalperformance for each application. Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: immunohistochemical staining1,2 of frozen sectionsand formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections1,2.
