Beschreibung: CD319 is a single-pass type-1 335 aa transmembrane glycoprotein and expressed on NK cells, subsets of maturedendritic cells, activated B cells, cytotoxic lymphocytes but not in promyelocytic, B- or T-cell lines. Expression is highin spleen, lymph node, periperal blood leukocytes and lowest in bone marrow. Expression is in small intestine,stomach, appendix, lung and trachea. CD319 is tyrosine phosphorylated in activated NK cells and is associated with19- and 39 kDa proteins. CD319 has a homology with the CD2 family of receptors within the Ig superfamily. Some ofthe CD2 members stimulate cytotoxicity through the CD319 associated protein.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 1.0 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume or100 ul of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated foroptimal performance for each application.

Reinigung: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withbiotin under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated biotinand unconjugated antibody.

Buffer: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.

Lagerung: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C. Do not freeze.
