Beschreibung: B7-H2, a member of the B7 family and the immunoglobulin superfamily, is a 40 kD protein also known as B7RP-1,B7h, B7-H2, GL50 and ICOS Ligand. Human B7-H2 is expressed by activated monocytes/macrophages and dendriticcells. B7-H2 binds to a CD28-like receptor, inducible costimulator molecule (ICOS, AILIM, CRP-1), which isexpressed by activated T cells. The interaction of ICOS with B7-H2 plays an important role in the T cell costimulationpathway.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.5 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume or100 ul of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated foroptimal performance for each application.

Reinigung: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withbiotin under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated biotinand unconjugated antibody.

Buffer: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.

Lagerung: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C. Do not freeze.
