Beschreibung
|
The IL-21R is a member of the cytokine receptor family that closely resembles IL-2R beta and IL-4R alpha. IL-21R isexpressed by all mature lymphocytes and up-regulated after B and/or T cell activation, with t he highest expression byactivated B cells. A functional IL-21R consists of the IL-21R subunit and the commone gamma-chaiin. Upon binding toIL-21, it activates Jak-1, Jak-3, STAT1, STAT3 and STAT 5 transduction pathway.

Applikationshinweise
|
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is approx. 1.0 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withAPC under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated APC andunconjugated antibody.
