Beschreibung: The W8B2 antibody reacts with an antigen, mesenchymal stem cell antigen-1, that is selectively expressed on bonemarrow mesenchymal stem cells, but not on placenta-derived mesenchymal stem cells. The characteristics of theW8B2 antigen are still not clear. Mesenchymal stem cells or MSCs are originally name as bone marrow stromal cells.They are a population of adult stem cells with a large capacity for self-renewal and multipotency for differentiation intoa variety of cell types including osteoblasts, chondrocytes, myocytes, adipocytes, beta-pancreatic islets cells and certainneuronal cells. MSCs reside in many tissues, such as bone marrow, placenta, adipose tissue, adult peripheral blood,fetal blood, skin, as well as liver and lung. Besides their plasticity for tissue repair, MSCs also exhibit a powerfulimmunosuppressive activity and play important role in supporting hematopoiesis.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 20 ul per 106 cells or 20 ul per 100 ul of whole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Reinigung: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with APC under optimal conditions. Thesolution is free of unconjugated APC and unconjugated antibody.

Buffer: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and 0.2% (w/v) BSA (origin USA).

Lagerung: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do notfreeze.
