Beschreibung: This antibody reacts with Vb10 TCR of mice having the a haplotype (SJL, C57BR, SWR, C57L), but not with TCRb(e.g., AKR, BALB/c C3H, C57BL, DBA/1, DBA/2) or TCRc haplotypes (e.g., RIII).

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.25 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for eachapplication.* Alexa Fluor

Reinigung: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withAlexa Fluor 647 under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated Alexa Fluor 647.

Buffer: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.

Lagerung: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
