Beschreibung: TIM4 is a transmembrane protein known as T cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain containing protein-4. It isexpressed on antigen-presenting cells and not on T cells. TIM4 binds to TIM1 to promote T cell proliferation byenhancing cell division and reducing apoptosis. TIM4 bind to phosphatidylserine through its FG-CC&rsquo, bindingcleft in the N-terminal IgV domain to facilitate the clearance of apoptotic cells or bodies.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is approx. 1.0 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.* Alexa Fluor

Reinigung: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withAlexa Fluor 647 under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated Alexa Fluor 647 and unconjugated antibody.

Buffer: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.

Lagerung: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
