Beschreibung

Ly-6G, a 21-25 kd GPI-anchored protein, is expressed on majority of myeloid cells in the bone marrow andgranulocytes in the periphery. While IA8 recognizes only Ly-6G, another mAb RB6-8C5 recognizes both Ly-6G andLy-6C.

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.25 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.* Alexa Fluor
