JAML is a type I integral transmembrane protein with 2 extracellular IgSFdomains characteristic of many proteins implicated in cell to cell interactions. JAML is primarily express on granulocytes and reported to be involved inneutrophil migration across tight junctions by its adhesive interaction withepithelial Coxsackie and adenovirus receptor (CAR).

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.25 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume.
