Beschreibung: The Notch receptors and their ligands are highly conserved from invertebrates to mammals. The Delta-like 1 (Dll1) isone of the four or five Notch ligands identified. The binding to Notch receptor results in the proteolysis of Notch andmovement of intracellular portion of Notch into the nucleus. This translocation triggers a series of signaling process. Delta-like 1 is reported to be essential for the maintenance of marginal zone B cells in normal mice and engagementof Notch 1 by Dll 1 promotes differentiation of B lymphocytes to antibody-secreting cells.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 1.0ug/test for FC. It is recommended thatthe reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Reinigung: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withAlexa Fluor 647 under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated Alexa Fluor 647.

Buffer: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.

Lagerung: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
