Beschreibung

CD73 (Ecto-5&rsquo,-nucleotidase) is a 69-kd GPI-anchored surface protein. In mouse, expression of CD73 in bonemarrow is restricted to the CD11b+ myeloid cells. In spleen it is largely expressed on T cells.

Applikationshinweise
|
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.25 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.* Alexa Fluor
