Beschreibung
|
Rat CD6 is a membrane molecule of 95-120 kd, expressed primarily on all the T lymphocytes of alpha/beta orgamma/delta TCR. Rat NK cells express low levels of CD6. In immunoprecipitation studies, CD6 was found toco-precipitate with highly phorsphorylated CD5, and other protein kinases, such as Lck,Fyn ZAP70 and Itk.

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.25 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume.
