Beschreibung CD4, also known as T4, is a 55kD glycoprotein member of the immunoglobin superfamily and is expressed onmajority of thymocytes, macrophages, and a peripheral T cell subset (T helper cells). CD4 is a T cell co-receptor thatinteracts with the MHC class II molecule and is involved in T cell activation. The OX-38 antibody has been shown tobind the same CD4 epitope as the W3/25 antibody, and a different epitope than the OX-35 antibody.

Applikationshinweise Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.25 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for eachapplication.* Alexa Fluor
Reinigung The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withAlexa Fluor 647 under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated Alexa Fluor 647.
Buffer Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.
Lagerung The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
