Beschreibung

CD22 is a member of the sialoadhesion family. CD22 is expressed on the surface of a subpopulation of mature Blymphocytes and may modulate signaling through the B cell antigen receptor. The OX-97 monoclonal antibodyrecognizes the second domain of the CD22.

Applikationshinweise
|
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.25 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for eachapplication.* Alexa Fluor

The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withAlexa Fluor 647 under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated Alexa Fluor 647.
