Beschreibung: The TRA-1-81 antibody reacts with a 200-240 kD cell surface antigen expressed by human embryonic stem cells(ESC), embryonic germ cells (EG), and embryonal carcinoma cells. The expression of TRA-1-81 (Tumor RejectionAntigen 1-81) on human ESC is downregulated upon differentiation. Further studies have shown that TRA-1-81 isneuroaminidase-resistant carbohydrate epitope expressed on podocalyxin, a member of mucin-like glycoprotein withCD34 family. Podocalyxin is a type I tranmembrane sialoprotein with anti-adhesion property.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 ul per million cells or 5 ul per 100 ul of wholeblood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.* Alexa Fluor

Reinigung: The antibody was conjugated with Alexa Fluor 647 under optimalconditions, and is at >85% purity. The solution is free of unconjugated AlexaFluor 647.

Buffer: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and0.2% (w/v) BSA (origin USA).

Lagerung: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
