Beschreibung: Fc receptor-like A protein, also known as FCRL, FcRLA, FcRX, and FREB, is a cytoplasmic protein exhibiting twoIg-like C2-type and one C terminal mucin-like domains. Located on chromosome 1q23 the full length isoform is38kDa, though multiple splice variants have been reported. FcRLA is normally expressed in B-cells associated withtonsillar and splenic germinal centers and the splenic marginal zone. However, the immunogenicity of FcRLA inmultiple melanoma patients coupled with the variable expression reported in B-cell and Burkitt',s lymphomahighlight the role FcRLA may play in neoplasticity.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 ul per million cells or 5 ul per 100 ul of wholeblood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.* Alexa Fluor

Reinigung: The antibody was conjugated with Alexa Fluor 647 under optimal conditions, and is at >85% purity. The solution is free of unconjugated Alexa Fluor 647.

Buffer: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and 0.2% (w/v) BSA (origin USA).

Lagerung: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do notfreeze.
