Beschreibung
Fc receptor-like A protein, also known as FCRL, FcRLA, FcRX, and FREB, is a cytoplasmic protein exhibiting twoIg-like C2-type and one C terminal mucin-like domains. Located on chromosome 1q23 the full length isoform is38kDa, though multiple splice variants have been reported. FcRLA is normally expressed in B-cells associated withtonsillar and splenic germinal centers and the splenic marginal zone. However, the immunogenicity of FcRLA inmultiple melanoma patients coupled with the variable expression reported in B-cell and Burkitt',s lymphomahighlight the role FcRLA may play in neoplasticity.

Applikationshinweise
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 ul per million cells or 5 ul per 100 ul of wholeblood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.* Alexa Fluor
