Beschreibung: High affinity IgE receptor (FcepsilonRI) palys a key role in IgE-mediated allergic immune response. FcepsilonRI is a tetramericreceptor complex, which is composed of one alpha-subunit (FcepsilonRIa), one beta-subunit and two gamma-subunits. FcepsilonRIa directly binds IgE with high affinity, while the beta - and gamma -chains are responsible for mediating intracellular signals. FcepsilonRIa is a50 kD transmembrane protein with the Ig superfamily structure. It is primarily found on mast cells and basophils.Further studies have indicated that the FcepsilonRIa is also expressed on many inflammatory cells including cutaneuosLangerhans cells, dendritic cells, monocytes from the patients with allergic disorders, platelets, bronchial epithelialcells, eosinophils from hypereosinophilic syndrome, neutrophils from allergy-induced asthma patients.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is 5 ul per million cells or 5 ul per 100 ul ofwhole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimalperformance for each application.* Alexa Fluor

Reinigung: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withAlexa Fluor 647 under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated Alexa Fluor 647.

Buffer: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and0.2% (w/v) BSA (origin USA).

Lagerung: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
