Beschreibung: CD85k, known as Immunoglobulin-like transcript (ILT) 3, is an inhibitory receptor expressed by dendritic cells and asubset of white blood cells called monocytes. ILT3, also known as Leukocyte Immunoglobulin-Like Receptorsubfamily B member 4 (LILRB4) and Leukocyte Immunoglobulin-like Receptor 5 (LIR-5), is a type I membrane proteinthat contains cytoplasmic ITIM motifs and is involved in the down-regulation of immune responses. Expression of ILT3is up-regulated on tolerogenic dendritic cells.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is 5 ul per million cells or 5 ul per 100 ul of wholeblood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.* Alexa Fluor

Reinigung: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withAlexa Fluor 647 under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated Alexa Fluor 647.

Buffer: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and0.2% (w/v) BSA (origin USA).

Lagerung: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
