Beschreibung: SIRPs (signal-regulatory proteins) are a family of transmembrane glycoproteins that belong to Ig superfamily. SIRPa(CD172a), SIRPb (SIRPb1, CD172b), and SIRPg (SIRPb2, CD172g) have been described. CD172a/b molecules areexpressed on myeloid cells and neurons. CD172a serves as a substrate of activated receptor tyrosine kinases(RTKs). The interaction of CD172a intracellular domain with SHP-1 and SHP-2 displays negative signaling in theregulation of leukocyte adhesion and transmigration. CD47 (IAP) is an extracellular ligand for CD172a. CD172b is adisulfide-linked homodimer. CD172b has been shown to regulate neutrophil transepithelial migration through theinteraction with DAP12 and Syk kinase (through TYROBP).

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is 5 ul per million cells or 5 ul per 100 ul ofwhole blood. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimalperformance for each application.* Alexa Fluor

Reinigung: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated withAlexa Fluor 647 under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated Alexa Fluor 647 and unconjugated antibody.

Buffer: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide and0.2% (w/v) BSA (origin USA).

Lagerung: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
