Beschreibung The 11-26c.2a antibody reacts with immunoglobulin D in all tested mouse haplotypes. The antibody binds membraneIgD expressed on most B cells. Surface IgD is an important B cell differentiation marker. The 11-26c.2a antibodyneither induces proliferation of splenic B cells nor induces B cell activation.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.5 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume. It isrecommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.* Alexa Fluor
Reinigung The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with Alexa Fluor 647 under optimalconditions. The solution is free of unconjugated Alexa Fluor 647.
Buffer Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.
Lagerung The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4 degrees C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do notfreeze.
