Beschreibung
|
FOXP3 is a transcription factor of 50kd. It is a master regulatory gene and specific marker of T reg cells. Originallyidentified as the defective gene in Scurfy mice which spontaneously develop autoimmune diseases. It is nowreported that FoxP3 is mainly expressed in CD4+CD25+ T reg cells as a specific marker for Treg.

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.25 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume.
