Beschreibung

33D1 antigen is reported to be a dendritic cell marker on subpopulation DC inspleen, thymus, Peyer&rsquo,s patch. It is reported that most N418(CD11c)+ cells in spleen are also 33D1 positive. Bone marrow dendritic cellsupregulate 33D1 antigen expression after incubation with GM-CSF.

Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescentstaining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, thesuggested use of this reagent is approx. 0.25 ug per 106 cells in 100 ul volume.
