Cross-reactivity with other molecules: Gastrin 1.5%, C-peptide 0.007%, less than 0.001% for Human b-endorphin, Angiotensins I and II, rat and human growth hormones, Glucagon, Thyrotropin releasing factor, Substance P, Arginine and Lysine Vasopressin, Eledoisin, Bradykinin, Adreno-corticotropin and Insulin.

ELISA (1:100 to 1:10,000), Immunohistochemistry (1:100) and Radioimmunoassay analysis. Immunohistochemistry: Use at 1:100 to 1:1000 dilution. The end user should determine the optimal dilution.
