Beschreibung The immunogen for the anti-universal bax was a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 12 to 24 of the human bax sequence. Bax expression is associated with cell death regulation. The ratio of bax to other bcl-2 family members is believed to regulate apoptosis. Clone 6A7 is conformation dependant and will recognize only detergent treated bax protein and not the native form. Synonyms: ubax.
