Beschreibung: The 14-3-3 family plays a key regulatory role in signal transduction, checkpoint control, apoptotic and nutrient-sensing pathways. 14-3-3 proteins are highly conserved and ubiquitously expressed. There are at least seven isoforms, beta, gamma, epsilon, sigma, theta, tau and eta that have been identified in mammals. The 14-3-3 beta, a subtype of the 14-3-3 proteins, was found in B Cells, brain and liver etc. This 14-3-3 beta has been shown to interact with RAF1 and CDC25 phosphatases, suggesting that it may play a role in linking mitogenic signaling and the cell cycle machinery.

Applikationshinweise: The antibody has been tested by ELISA and Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for is 1:500 ~ 1,000.Recommended starting dilution is 1:1,000.
