Klon EM-07
Isotyp IgG1
Spezifität The antibody EM-07 reacts with Fc part of human IgG heavy chain and with isolated Fc fragments.
Kreuzreaktivität (Details) The antibody EM-07 does not crossreact with IgM.
Reinigung Purified from hybridoma culture supernatant by protein-A affinity chromatography.
Reinheit > 95 % (by SDS-PAGE)
Hintergrund Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is a 150 kDa soluble protein that serves as a major effector molecule of the humoral immune response in man. Its concentration in blood plasma of healthy individuals is approximately 10 g/l, which accounts for about 75 % of the total plasma immunoglobulins. IgG has the highest stability of blood immunoglobulins (T1/2 = 21 days) and is able of placental transfer. IgG is secreted by plasma cells at a comparably high rate as other immunoglobulins.
Molekulargewicht 150 kDa
Forschungsgebiet Immunology, Secondary Antibodies
Applikationshinweise Western Blotting:
Application note: The peroxidase conjugate of this antibody is suitable for detection of human IgG Fc fragments by WB.
ELISA:
Application note: The peroxidase conjugate of this antibody is suitable for detection of human IgG Fc fragments by ELISA.

Working concentrations should be determined by the investigator.

Buffer Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approx. pH 7.4
Konservierungsmittel Sodium azide
Vorsichtsmaßnahmen WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.
Handhabung Do not freeze.
Lagerung 4 °C
Informationen zur Lagerung Store at 2-8 °C. Do not use after expiration date stamped on vial label.
