Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung Siah 1
Immunogen Partial peptide of Human Siah 1
Format Affinity-purified
Beschreibung The turnover of a protein is precisely under control in the cell. Particularly, the system of controlling protein degradation via the ubiquitin-proteosome pathway is involving in many kinds of process in the cell. The Drosophila Seven in absentina (Sina) gene product originally was identified as a protein that controls cell fate decisions during eye development. Its mammalian homolog, Siah1 and Siah2, have been described that they might involve in ubiquitin-mediated proteolysis of several proteins, as well as in growth arrest andp53-induced apoptosis. This antibody is very useful for identifying the function of the mammalian Siah1 in the cell.
