Applikationshinweise: This BVD2 -21C11 antibody has been pre -titrated and tested on peripheral blood mononuclear cells reactivated with PMA and Ionomycin in the presence of monensin. This can be used at 20 µl (0.03 µg) per million cells in a 100 µl total staining volume. This BVD2 -21C11 antibody has been reported for use in intracellular staining followed by flow cytometric analysis.

Normal human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were restimulated with PMA and Ionomycin in the presence of monensin for 5 hours and then stained intracellularly with FITC anti -human CD4 (RPA -T4) (ABIN277621) and 0.03 µg of Alexa Fluor ® 647 Rat IgG2a Iso Cntrl (ABIN287226) (left) or 20 µl of Alexa Fluor ® 647 anti -human GM -CSF (BVD2 -21) (right). Total viable cells were used for analysis.
